Painter and Photographer
Noreen’s life has always revolved around Art and Design, from art school to a degree in 3-dimensional design in her native England then to upstate New York where she made her career in Commercial Interior Design and Space Planning before moving to New Bern where she was inspired to pick up her paintbrush once again.
Through her paintings, drawings, and photography Noreen delights in capturing the beautiful world around her. Her paintings are typically bright, colorful, and detailed. She paints in acrylic and watercolors and draws in pen and colored pencil. Noreen loves to make jewelry from seashells she’s collected on her coastal walks.
She was awarded First Place in last year’s Silver Arts drawing section. Noreen is a member of TRAA. Her art can be found at the Community Artists Gallery and Studios in Downtown New Bern and online at Noreencreates.com
