Landscape Oil Painter
Eileen started painting when she and her husband moved to Martha’s Vineyard. The beauty of the island and the prevalence of several art galleries and local artists encouraged her to take some painting lessons. Ten years later she moved to NH and discovered the art community of Peterborough. She switched to oils and took local lessons and week long classes with Lois Griffel and Susan Sarback.
Ten years later she moved to New Bern and joined the Carolina Plein Air Artists, Twin Rivers Artists Association and Community Artists Gallery & Studios, Inc. where she was a past President and where her work is shown.
