Oil & Plein Air Painter
Karen Rawson has been studying Art for more than 50 years. She began Plein air painting 10 years ago and loves the adventure of painting outdoors.
She had been a member of Community Artists Gallery and Studio for 10 years.
Karen has studied with North Carolina artists Ed Macomber, Richard Christian Nelson and Dan Nelson. She has also studied with John Ebersberger from Maryland.
She was awarded 1st prize in 2015 at the TRAA annual show in New Bern.
