Jackie Weatherly-Cadzow is an award-winning, multi-passionate artist who holds a BA in Studio Art from Meredith College. Her unique and captivating artwork blends her love for nature and bold color. She enjoys travel and photography, often integrating her nature-inspired photos into her silk paintings, photography, acrylic artworks, and digital designs, showcasing the diverse beauty of ocean sea life and coastal flora.
Jackie and her husband Derek recently settled in New Bern after nearly three years in Nova Scotia. Her work, reflecting her unique life experiences, has been featured in galleries across the United States and Canada, and on PBS’s ThinkTV program, “The Art Show” in Dayton, Ohio.
Jackie’s work is part of numerous collections, including CWE Medical, Charles Frank Goldsmith, SAS Institute, and various private collections in the USA, Canada, and the UK. She is active in several art organizations, including the Surface Design Association and the Craven Arts Council.
